I’m a resident physician at the University of California, Davis Health System. My interests lie in health information technology; visual communication design; psychiatry and human behavior; and web, social, and video game applications to medicine.

I designed visuals as part of Tellme’s creative team at Microsoft, and engineered innovative voice-driven mobile software for clients such as AT&T, Verizon, and 4-1-1 services. At the UC Irvine School of Medicine, I helped launch UC Irvine’s first free primary care clinic in 2008 — the UC Irvine Outreach Clinics — and created the school’s student web portal — P=MD — with over 10,000 posts and 500 users. My team’s AccuShape rhinoplasty medical device was a finalist at the UC Irvine Merage School of Business’s Business Plan Competition. I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. honors in computer science and a B.A. molecular & cell biology; an M.D. at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine with Distinction in Service; and an M.B.A. at the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
